- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 large or two small sweet potatoes
- 1 large handful coriander, finely chopped
- 1 red chilli, finely chopped
- Thumb-sized piece of ginger, peeled
- 1 stalk fresh lemongrass, finely chopped
- 3 spring onions, finely chopped
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 2 tbsp flour (I use buckwheat but any flour will work)
