Ingredients
- Unsweetened natural yoghurt (or plant-based alternative) Adjust quantity to suit size of lolly moulds.
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4tsp cinnamon
- 2 handfuls berries

A nutritious snack for the whole family with just four ingredients. It takes 5 minutes to make the recipes, and a few hours in the freezer (I leave mine in overnight).
