Ingredients

  • Unsweetened natural yoghurt (or plant-based alternative) Adjust quantity to suit size of lolly moulds.
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4tsp cinnamon
  • 2 handfuls berries

The recipe

A nutritious snack for the whole family with just four ingredients. It takes 5 minutes to make the recipes, and a few hours in the freezer (I leave mine in overnight).

Method

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and whizz (or use a hand blender in a mixing bowl)
  • Pour into lolly moulds or a freezable container.
  • Freeze overnight
